I do not see or cannot use the link to redownload my software - what do I do?

We are happy to provide a method for our customers to redownload your purchased software.  By visiting our Redownload page (www.notation.com/Redownload.php), you can have your download link emailed to your registered email address any time.

Sometimes an email program, browser, or some malware protection software that is installed on your machine will hide or disable links that download executable files such as .exe filetypes.  This is often a "strict default" setting that is used to protect you from malicious downloads.  However, in this case, you will need to download an executable file - the installation file for your software.  The filenames for Notation Software products are as follows, with "XYZ" representing the version number (eg. "252" for version 2.5.2, or "117" for 1.1.7):

NotationMusicianXYZSetup.exe
NotationComposerXYZSetup.exe
NotationPlayerXYZSetup.exe
(older software)
MidiNotate409.exe
MidiNotateMusicianXYZSetup.exe
MidiNotateComposerXYZSetup.exe

You may need to check the security settings for  (1) your email application (2) your browser and/or (3) any malware software (eg. antivirus, firewall, etc.) that you have installed on your machine, and temporarily allow the download of an executable (.exe) filetype. Our software is guaranteed 100% malware-free, so you can rest assured there is no security issue from our website.  After you've finished downloading your software, you can re-set your security level back as it was.

If the above information does not help you to redownload your software successfully, please let us know via our Helpdesk (notation.kayako.com), or via email to support@notation.com
